Can MV switchgear really be cleaned live?
Yes — under your safety case, with appropriate PPE and procedures. We work to your electrical authority and licensed HV operators.
What's the typical IR improvement?
8-15% improvement is typical when accumulated dust has been carrying surface conductivity. Some assets show much larger improvements.
How is this different from compressed air cleaning?
Compressed air relocates contamination. Dry ice removes it through thermal shock + kinetic impact + vapour expansion. IR readings improve after dry ice; not after compressed air.
What documentation do you provide?
Per-asset photo log (pre/during/post), IR test sheet, cleaning record. Suitable for asset register, delivered as PDF within 24 hours.
