Hot-clean ovens, allergen-validated change-overs, no chemical residue. We integrate into your HACCP plan and run during your scheduled windows.
Your sanitation regime works, but it's eating production hours. Allergen change-overs that need oven cool-down + chemical apply + dwell + rinse + dry + warm-up = 12-14 hours every time. Dry ice cleaning is a HACCP-aligned, validated alternative that does the same work in 4 hours, hot, with no chemical residue and no carry-over. We trial on one line first. We validate with ATP swabbing alongside your QA. We integrate into your HACCP plan as a documented procedure. We run during your scheduled windows so production isn't disrupted.
Pain points we hear most
- Allergen change-overs eat 8-14 hours of production each cycle
- Hot ovens need cool-down before chemical cleaning
- Operator-cleaning programs miss build-up in hard-to-reach areas
- Chemical inventory is expensive and disposal is heavy compliance lift
- CIP handles closed pipelines but not external surfaces, packaging machinery, ovens
What you're looking for
- HACCP integration with documented procedure
- Allergen change-over validated via swab studies
- Hot-clean capability (no cool-down)
- Trial-then-contract model (no long upfront commitment)
- Scheduled service days during plant windows
- No chemical residue / no carry-over to next product
What customers like you ask before they book
How is dry ice food-safe?
CO₂ pellets are food-grade. They sublimate to vapour leaving no residue — no rinse step, no chemical carry-over, no allergen risk. We integrate into your HACCP plan as a documented procedure and validate via swab study during the trial.
Won't it damage our conveyor belts?
No — pressure is tuned per belt material (modular plastic, PVC, rubber, wire). We trial first on a section before full coverage. Belts come out cleaner, not damaged.
What about CO₂ exposure for our staff?
In normal production halls and warehouse interiors, CO₂ levels stay well below the 5,000 ppm long-term exposure limit. In confined spaces we monitor and use forced ventilation. Crew is trained in atmosphere management.
How does this fit alongside our existing CIP?
It complements CIP. CIP handles closed-system pipelines and tanks. Dry ice handles external surfaces, packaging machinery, oven walls and conveyor backs — the surfaces CIP can't reach.

Factory's FAQs
Can we run a trial before committing?
Yes — almost every customer starts with a single-line trial during a planned change-over. Your existing chemical clean runs in parallel as fallback. We compare ATP swabs and sign off on the validation.
Does it work on hot ovens?
Yes. Bake plates, tunnel ovens and oven walls cleaned at near-operating temperature. No cool-down required, which saves hours per cycle.
Will it remove allergen residue (e.g. egg, peanut, dairy)?
In our validated allergen change-over trials, ATP and ELISA swabs return at or below specification consistently. We document each clean for your batch records.
Do you have a procedure document we can review?
Yes — we share template procedure documents during the trial scoping conversation. Customised per line and per allergen risk.
How is this priced?
Per change-over, per zone, or as an ongoing scheduled contract. Ongoing contracts typically discount 15-25% from per-job pricing in exchange for guaranteed scheduling.
